E’ stata una esperienza eccellente. Ho immediatamente trovato la persona giusta proprio perché l’app è realizzata benissimo . Chiara semplice ed esauriente. Inoltre la ragazza che ho scelto di è rivelata proprio bravissima perciò i miei pelosetti sono stati benissimo !!!

Annulering
Wat een geluk dat ik mijn hondje kon onderbrengen bij een oppas vanwege een familiefeest. Wat een grote teleurstelling toen ik daags ervoor een annulering kreeg van de oppasser, ik kon niks meer regelen. Ik vind dat Pawshake in zulke gevallen moet bijspringen en een alternatief moet aanbieden en de eventuele meerkosten moet verhalen bij degene die de reservering is aangegaan. Ik heb een groot gedeelte van het familiefeest moeten annuleren, omdat ik het hondje niet zo lang alleen kon laten. Ik moet er niet aan denken, dat ik een vakantie zou hebben geboekt.

Easy to use - peace of mind
Easy to use and we found a great sitter who was perfect for our older cat. Not that we needed it but good to know that our fitter could have accessed vet if it was required.

Ho lasciato per la prima volta il mio Prince con Cassandra per 8 gg. Lei è la sua famiglia sono fantastici. Cassandra disponibile,competente ,affettuosa e capace nel far sentire subito il cane in famiglia! Grande giardino dove Prince si è divertito in compagnia dei suoi amici (i due cani di Cassandra) molto equilibrati!... quasi non voleva più tornare a casa!!!! Grazie Cassandra😊

De ap werkt prima
De ap werkt prima. Ze hebben leuke lieve mensen om als dierenoppas aan te nemen. Maar ik twijfel aan hun begeleiding van de oppassers. Komen ze alleen voor een knuffel en eten geven, of maken ze ook de kattenbak etc schoon? Dit is niet duidelijk, en ik vind dat het bedrijf ook goede instructies moet geven aan de oppassers. Ik ga er zelf van uit dat ze professioneel zijn, en dat ik niet elke stap moet opschrijven. Nu kwam ik thuis na twee weken vakantie in een bevuild huis! Echt mijn vertrouwen is geschaad.
