Our dog was badly injured during his stay with the pet sitter, broken bone and ligament damage. He had to have an operation to pin his leg. We have made numerous visits to the Vets, at least once a week. Up to now we have paid over £4000 in hospital and vets fees and this is ongoing. Probably around £5000 before we finish,with no guarantee that he will be fine at the end. Pawshake have given us £866 of which I had to pay the sitter £387 for vets fees she paid when he was with her. Do they even vet the sitter, she gave us no information while we were away, I had to keep asking her for updates. She claims he did it playing with a ball on grass. We definitely would never recommend either Pawshake or their sitter.

I have never been disappointed with Pawshake & its sitters!

I used a pet sitter from Pawshake while I was recently away on holiday. I was really impressed with the care and attention given to my pets, it was obvious the sitter was a genuine animal lover. I would definitely recommend Pawshake, I will use them again when my next holiday comes around!

Wir haben sehr gute Erfahrungen mit unserem Sitter über Pawshake gemacht. Wir wurden täglich informiert und konnten anhand der Bilder sehen, daß unsere Katzen fressen und es Ihnen gut geht. Unser Sitter war echt super. Hat beste Erfahrungen mit Katzen, da er selbst welche hat. Wir waren so zufrieden, daß wir ihn erneut gebucht haben und so ohne Sorgen unseren Urlaub verbringen können. Nach zwei weiblichen Sittern (nicht von Pawshake) ist er der Beste den wir jemals hatten Wir vermissen Sitter über Pawshake im Landkreis Dachau, aber unser Sitter kam sogar aus dem Landkreis Freising zu uns gefahren. Wir waren darüber extrem erfreut.

Got two pet sitters on pawshake so far, the experience was great with both of them. The app helped me find them, intermediated payment, allowed them to send me pictures... great in every sense. The app itself has a few bugs here and there but it seems to be constantly improving and the pricing beats the competitor because pawshake understands pet owners and how easy/hard it is to take care of pets (home visits to take care of 1 cat as opposed to two cats for example). I recommend Pawshake to all!

Nous avons eu une très bonne expérience avec les services de Séphora pour des visites à domicile. Pawshake est un bon concept pour trouver un gardien pour notre animal de compagnie. Seul bémol qui a été soulevé a l'organisme c'est un système de réservation inadéquat pour les réservations des visites à domicile pour des jours non consécutifs. Soit disant que les chats "doivent " avoir des visites à tous les jours. Ce qui demeure à mon avis le choix du client.

Organized, transparent, and easy to communicate with the dog-sitter. I am really happy with my experience with that app so far, and would definitely recommend others to give it a try.
