We have used Pawshake twice and had a great experience both times. Both carers were wonderful and took good care of our little old, blind and mostly deaf dog-Malcolm. Highly recommend:) ⭐️

Pawshake completely revolutionated our family organization. Previously the logistic of bringing our little pugs to the dog hotel was huge and this along with the fact that they always came very stressed from there, due to the fact they were not in their known environemnt, made us avoid some trips in order to stay home with them. Since we trusted Pawshake and we found Pegah, we can go on trips relaxed knowing and seeing (they even send pictures and daily updates of them) that our little pugs are well. It is for sure the best solution for us and we will always book Pegah to take care of our pugs. They then stay at home in their environment with their toys and cozy place. Is it a very user friendly website and even has an app that alows you to folow the bookings and find the best suited sitter.

The app works... but it is very basic. Improving the process to view messages from the pet sitter would garner a higher rating

Great app, easy communication and simple to use

Excellent support Pawshake has really made a massive impact on us as pet owners. I doubt we would have had the "guts" to get a dog in a big city, with no family around, had it not been for a service like Pawshake. It's intuitive, communications are clear, users are friendly and competent. Really a great service.

Tja. Vi kom aldrig i gang med deres service. Alle deres sittere virkede søde og veluddannede ud fra deres tekster. De brænder bare en af eller svarer ikke. Eller jo, via appen svarer de, fordi det er en del af deres rating. Men derefter brænder de en af på skammeligste vis eller ignorerer bare én. For mig virker det som et useriøst foretagende.
