Kaikki sujui mukavasti lemmikin hoidossa. Ainoastaan Pawshaken nettisivu oli hiukan kömpelö ja epäselvä mutta asiat selvisivät kuitenkin hyvin. Käytämme palvelua jatkossakin.

Previously used Pawshake in the past with no problems. We went away for 5 and half weeks from the end of November and returned on New Years day. Our sitter was looking after our dog and 2 cats (both toilet trained). Upon returning home, the house is full of cat wee and poo all over the carpet! The house absolutely stinks!! We had no idea this was happening, as the only contact we got was when we asked if everything was ok??! Obviously things were not ok and if we had known this was happening would have organised a cattery. We have contacted Pawshake and told them we are not happy. They responded with they don’t cover property damage and have we brought it up with the pet sitter. And yes we did bring it up with the sitter. She has said that she didn’t want to go upstairs because of privacy reasons and did anyway at some point to put another litter tray there. There was also at least one poo ‘cleaned up’. The carpet is disgusting and had only just been cleaned a couple of weeks before we left. We have spent two days trying to clean it as the next appointment available to get it professionally cleaned (again!!) is next week. The house is revolting. To say I’m unimpressed doesn’t cover it.

Skye and family and their pup were really great. They are such a lovely family who showed genuine care for our dog and it was great not worrying about her being away from us. Their property and the set up is fantastic. We would highly recommend Dog Tails-Day and Night Care!!

We found a wonderful carer for our eight month old cavoddle through Pawshake. The attention and care Sandy got was far superior than if we had left her at the kennels. I recommend visiting the carers and getting the best fit for your dog. Would use Pawshake again.

Alison was amazing she followed our instructions to the tee which meant two fussy cats were fed and cared for during my absence it was as if I wasn’t even gone

This was the first time that we used Pawshake and it won't be the last! Vanessa was fantastic - so kind and really professional, quick replies to everything and lovely photos. Our Dalamation had a lovely time and was well cared for. Completely 10/10! Ros Lovell
