Zeer lieve vrouw die voor onze hond buddy heeft gezorgd. Stelde ons goed gerust met hier en daar een berichtje en een foto. Zullen zeker nog eens contact opnemen als we nog eens op weekend of vakantie gaan.

Goed en heel betrouwbaar
Goed en heel betrouwbaar. Correcte communicatie met de dogsitter. Correcte betaling via de app. Enige verbeterpunt zou zijn dat de mogelijkheid geboden wordt om meerdere “periodes” te kunnen boeken, nu lukt dit niet.

This company is decietful
This company is decietful. Have used them for a year and a half and now discovered there is no way they will ever cover you or your dog under their "insurance". Customer service is also quite aggressive and rude.

Do not think they verify the…
Do not think they verify the petsitters, our sitter profile disappeared after we used her and we had to pay cash. Buyer beware....not worth if for your pets or home safety.

Hi Rose, Thank you for your feedback. It seems like you are unhappy due to an incident that happened with a sitter you previously used? I tried to search for your name so that I can better understand the details. However, I could not find any emails from you so I am not sure if you have previously contacted us about this? Our sitters go through an extensive profile creation process and are held to a high level of professionalism. Occasionally a profile may not be available on our platform because we have decided the sitter is no longer a good fit and therefore we remove their profile. Or the sitter chooses to leave the platform or places their profile on hold. We always educate owners and sitters to finalise the booking through the platform. Paying in cash to a sitter is a safety risk and against our terms of use . We would never have made you pay your sitter in cash. This is the next best thing to home…
This is the next best thing to being in your own home! We initially booked our dog in at a local reputable boarding kennel where he 'failed' his trial day within 15 minutes for being too anxious. The next day we booked him in for boarding at a sitters home and ..... he had the time of his life and received great feedback from the sitter! Now how do you compare that? Thank you Isabell and thank you Pawshake!

Excellent app
The app is easy to use, and the sitter we have used to date is absolutely fantastic! The choice of sitters seems to be very well vetted in regards to experience and suitability. Also good value having a sitter stay at our house compared to using a boarding kennel, and our dog is so much happier. Will definitely be using again :-)
