Really disappointed by the response from the support team at Pawshake. I tried updating my account recently and it became blocked, which was queried by myself as I was unsure of the reason for this. They gave multiple reasons such as ‘inactive account, un-replied messages (which I had 2 of from 2018 the UK- I’m now in New Zealand- and not enough information. I explained my reasons and was responded to in a really rude manner and invalid explanations as to the deactivation of my account. I had spent a lot of time editing/updating the profile with hopes to grow as a dog walker, however, I’m really bewildered at the response from their team. Would steer clear at all cost. Thank you Marte at Pawshake for your rude emails tonight.

We went away for two weeks and hired Nicole from Pawshakes to come and walk our two (very active!!) dogs. It was easy to communicate with her via Pawshakes and booking and payment was simple as well. We would recommend using the site and will use it again in the future.

Thumbs up and great service

We used Pawshake when we went away shortly before the lockdown. Our friends normally feed our cat when we're away but werne't able to this time, so we needed someone at short notice. Finding someone on pawshake was a straightforward process; they made contact promptly and arranged a home visit before we left so they could meet our cat and see exactly what we needed. Vicky was brilliant and kept us updated with texts and photos for the few days we were away. It was great to know that our cat was being well looked after, and we'd definitely use Pawshake again.

A really great App where you can search/filter pet sitters based on their location and services they offer (which is not limited to what they list). Secure service. All sitters I have booked, have been on time, professional and great with communicating. I personally don't drive so when my friends are unavailable - I can trust to find someone on this app to help me out for a reasonable price!

Via Pawshake een betrouwbare oppas voor mijn kat gevonden. Snel en vakkundig werd er contact gelegd waarna de oppas, Zoë, langs kwam om kennis te maken en gekeken werd of er een klik was tussen haar en onze kat. Met gerust gevoel op vakantie gegaan en bij thuiskomst was het met kat prima en het huis zag er prima uit! Voor de toekomst weet ik waar ik moet zijn voor mijn dieren; bij Pawshake, in ons geval bij Zoë.👍
