The booking was very easy to arrange. Our pet sitter, Monica, was amazing. Looking to book again in the near future.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked this pet sitter five months in advance to ensure my cat would be taken care of while I was away. Everything was confirmed. We had agreed on a time to meet, which she cancelled an hour beforehand, then said she would be able to reschedule later, which we both agreed on. She messaged me again at the time she was expected at my house and said it wasn't worth it as Pawshake would take too much commission and her hourly rate was not enough. Well she did have 5 months to work that out but left it until the day we were to meet. Having such a long-standing reservation fall through was stressful and left me scrambling to find a replacement. Based on this experience, I would not use Pawshake in the future.

Tiana the dog whisperer was lovely with my dog Lily. From our first contact she went above and beyond to make sure our experience was seemless and outstanding. I was away for several hrs and she visited fed and reassured my dog. Could not be more impressed and grateful. Great work Pawshake!
