Terribly unreliable sitters
Terribly unreliable sitters. Unless a booking is made nothing can be done if they cancel the day before you go on holiday then you are left without care. Sitter rearranged meet and greet right up until the days before our holiday and then cancelled. Covid times are difficult but transparency is essential. We discovered the sitter had been unwell and infectious but didn't tell us until 30 minutes before our meet and greet. This is unacceptable. It's a risky service to use because of this.

Pawshake has been a lifesaver for me…
Pawshake has been a lifesaver for me many times! Great website, easy to use, and the insurance is a great piece of mind. I have a couple of great pet sitters I have used multiple times and I always know my cat is in good hands.

Chiara from Pawshake was an outstanding…
Chiara from Pawshake was an outstanding pet sitter for our little frenchie for 6 days, She took care of him so well. When Chiara came for our meet and greet she asked all the right questions and came across as both very caring and conscientious. Her communication while we were away was excellent , we received regular updates as well as photos and briefs on how Billy was coping . We will definitely ask Chiara to mind Billy again she is an extremely trustworthy and caring person. We arrived back late from our flight to a very clean and fresh apartment as well as one very happy little dog.
