I have been using Pawshake for a few years on and off. Over the years, they have added functionality. I find their customer service helpful and responsive. They have assisted me on billing and other questions and recently helped address a much bigger issue. We discovered a serious problem with the sitter and Pawshake immediately contacted us and worked with us to resolve the issue, ultimately closing down the sitter's account based on the evidence we provided. While no one expects things to go wrong, and they probably don't go wrong very often, if they do - it is very important to know that you are dealing with a responsible company that does the right thing. This is why I would not hesitate to use Pawshake again and highly recommend them to others. I would never just hire a stranger privately. Pawshake's involvement and satisfaction guarantees have made a big difference and I look forward to working with them in the future.

My experience with pawshake was really great, super easy to use. Many other sites ask you to pay to even contact sitters which doesnt happen hear. Lots of people to choose from all with great reviews. My cat sitter was lovely, and as my first time using a sitter really put me at ease.
