We are very pleased with our dog walker. Very reliable and varies the walks for our dog Bramble. Glad we went with Pawshake.

Great experience

Wat een strenge site
Wat een strenge site! Vraag me af of jullie even streng zijn op baasjes die opzoek zijn naar een oppas. Dit is gewoonweg vreselijk. Je moet als oppas minstens 5 foto's online plaatsen of je account word tijdelijk gedeactiveerd. Reageer je niet tijdig - ondanks er nog ruim voldoende tijd is voor de afspraak, en met reageer je niet tijdig bedoel ik: reageer je niet binnen de twee uur!!! op een aanzoek, heb je opnieuw de kans dat je account op non-actief word gezet. Vreselijk streng naar zijn oppassen toe!

Hi Emma, bedankt voor je beoordeling! Het klopt inderdaad dat we wel een beetje streng zijn naar oppassers. De reden dat wij foto's vragen is dat dit zichtbaar maakt dat een oppas ervaring heeft met huisdieren. Baasjes moeten van een online profiel een keuze maken voor een oppas die ze (nog) niet kennen, dan is het fijn als ze in één oogopslag zien dat een oppas leuk overweg kan met dieren en hierin ervaring in heeft. Ook is het wel fijn als baasjes kunnen zien waar hun hond terecht komt. We willen je wel de tijd geven om de aanpassingen te doen, en daarom halen we je profiel ook nooit zomaar offline. We merken wel dat baasjes hoge verwachtingen hebben van oppassers. Wij helpen oppassers aan de voorkant graag met het maken van een mooi profiel, dat vergroot ook jouw succeskansen als oppas. Happy experience of Pawshake
I used Pawshake to find a cat sitter to look after my cats whilst I was away on holiday. The site is really easy to use and I was able to see who was available near me. What I really liked was the ability to choose non-consecutive days for the holiday as I needed a different arrangement for one day. I was able to communicate easily with the person I was hoping to use via the website and arranged the meet and greet. Vanessa was fabulous and I was happy to proceed with her. She looked after my cats brilliantly. All payments etc were made through the site and the whole process worked brilliantly. I would happily use Pawshake again.

Een heel handige app en service
Een heel handige app en service, ik kon gemakkelijk vinden wat ik zocht. Veel reviews van andere mensen maken het ook gemakkelijker om de juiste oppas te kunnen vinden. Heel tevreden en zal het zeker nog in de toekomst gebruiken.

I’m very happy with the service…
I’m very happy with the service provided by Pawshake. Pet sitter that check in on my cat was lovely and great with him, and he liked her instantly. I’ll be using this service for all my holidays! Payment was also smooth and with no issues. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Pawshake service with Anne
Extremely happy with the care taken of our 2 year old greyhound/saluki cross. These are sensitive dogs so we were very pleased when he settled quickly and enjoyed his time with Anne. Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely use her and Pawshake again.
