Super pratique et sûr !

Wonderful pet sitting service. So much less stressful for my cat being cared for in his own home rather than being moved to a cattery while we are away. The photo updates were a lovely touch too :)

I had a great first experience using Pawshake. It was easy to find and get in touch with my cat sitter. While I was away, she sent plenty of pictures of my little guy so that I knew he was happy and safe. Would definitely use this service again.

I had asked him would he be able to mind my dog on Thursday and Friday. He told me he would get back to me about Friday and told me he would be able to work from 9-3:30 so I asked a family member would they be help me out and mind my dog from 3:30 until 6 when I had finished. I was pretty nervous as I had just started my new job in dogstrust so felt guilty living my own dog but really had to concentrate on work. Anyway I explained to him that my family member would be able to mind my dog but she is working from home and won’t be able to collect the dog. So I asked him to drop her off, he told me no it’s an hour walk and to much for him to do. I offered him money to get a taxi with the dog. He said no it’s not about the money. He then started to call my partner and ask her to meet him, she was in meetings all that day and obviously couldn’t go. He then didn’t arrive to my family members house when he had said he would walk with the dog, so they were contacting me. Eventually he arrived at 5pm with my dog. I am not sure if he was just really new but it definitely caused more stress than warranted.. like you don’t hear a child minder being that chaotic and for me my dog is my child. They do after all have the cognitive ability of a 4-6 year old. It was just more stressful than it had to be. It’s feels like people are doing this for extra cash and not really about helping people and their beloved dogs. Maybe a more regimented application process would be valid as they app itself has so much potential and is very helpful. So dogshake 10/10 but the career 4/10 only for the miscommunication not for how he looked after my dog.

De oppas was heel erg lief en zorgzaam voor de katten. Ik vind het fijn dat ze even langskwam voor een kennismaking en dat ze tijdens het oppassen foto’s en video’s stuurde. Ik kon makkelijk een oppas vinden via pawshake en fijn dat je ervaringen van anderen kon lezen.

We had a real good experience with our Dwarf Yorkshire taken care of for a week by Lee at Paw shake. Its a great platform and thanking you once again for creating the value. Best , Darpan

I work with cats and my recent foster could not go to cattery with my own cat whilst I took a break I didn't really know where to turn for help.. someone suggest your website and I'm so glad ...ive sent details to all my pals My holiday was more chilled due to regular feedback and pics from my fur baby
