We recently used Pawshake for the first time and were very happy with the service provided. The booking process was very easy to use and the response from our chosen cat sitter was very quick and they were very happy to answer any questions we had to ask, they were also very polite, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything before we went away. Daily photos and updates were sent, sometimes twice a day as we had 2 visits a day and this went a long way in reassuring us that our cat was happy and healthy. We were also happy in knowing the company is fully insured and parcels will be brought in, bins put out, curtains drawn, plants watered etc at no extra cost. We highly recommend using Pawshake and will definitely be using them again.
