Assolutamente nulla da dire, ho trovato persone gentilissime e le esperienze fatte come pet sitter si sono rivelate tutte piacevoli e soddisfacenti. Per me rimane il migliore sito dove prestare il servizio di pet sitting.

Not impressed with Pawshake, worst of all the pet care apps I've used. You have to respond within 24 hours - fine I understand people want a quick response, but this is saying we cannot ever have a day off from working or being on our phones or the app. Sometimes I wouldn't get notifications in time, sometimes I was unwell due to multiple chronic health conditions. Your profile immediately gets unpublished and you have to go through a drawn out process of filling in forms to try and get it republished. I explained many times that it's not always possible, or fair, for people to answer within 24 hours and can this be taken off or changed to perhaps 48 hours. I was told no and this happened a few times. I was told you can set your profile to "away" but then you can't receive bookings. So again, they don't deem it fair for you to have a day off without missing out on potential other work. If it's difficult to reply for a day imagine how much more so it would be to have to keep remembering to change your profile every single time you want a day off. Suddenly my profile was just removed fully. I was told I'd "had enough warnings". I hadn't actually been told my profile would be terminated if it happened again... so now I just can't use the site. Besides this the site is useless. You can't adjust your prices to include things like travel or other additional arrangements. You can't adjust it to have one visit one day or two another day and so on. It's not user friendly and the least responsive of all the apps I've used and for the highest fees too. Don't recommend. Many better apps out there, or get your own insurance and do it yourself and save huge fees that prevent anyone from earning any kind of fair wage.

I have used a few times (3) now and twice a have been messed around by sitters. They have agreed to meet, for the first time, then for what ever reason it doesn’t happen. I have re- arranged and still have problems, and then only to find they can’t do the dates ask. If you can’t do them/ or are not interested please don’t waste time
