Wir mussten kurzfristig jemanden finden, der über ein verlängertes Wochenende auf unsere Katzen aufpasst. Bin auf Pawshake gestoßen und habe dort eine tolle Katzensitterin in unserer Nähe gefunden. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert, über die app kann man Kontakt zu den jeweiligen „Sittern“ aufnehmen , buchen und bezahlen. Es gab vorher einen Kennlerntermin und meine Katzen waren sehr gut versorgt.

Our cat-sitter was a godsend! Kim's obvious love for animals was evident the moment she came for a meet and greet and immediately bonded with our cat. She has a great insight into animal psychology and knew how to build trust and make our cat feel secure with her. She is also an overwhelmingly qualified pet care specialist! With a background in veterinary care and animal welfare work, I don't know if we could have found anyone more qualified to care for an elderly cat with special needs. The fact that she was also professional, responsive, and an excellent communicator, giving us frequent updates while we were away, made for a thoroughly satisfying customer experience. We'll be using Kim's services again!

I'm very pleased with my sitter, Tien, which is why I'd rate this experience a 4; otherwise, it might be a 3. However, the process to find her was quite frustrating. The first time (around April), I had to sift through 13 sitters who claimed to be available for my date and time, but they weren't. The second time (this September), the sitter who agreed to meet for a meet & greet didn't show up and only messaged hours later, citing travel issues. While it was just a meet & greet, it affects the overall reliability of the service. Pawshake's reliability hinges on its sitters, and they need to enforce accurate profiles and remind them of their commitments. Fortunately, Tien is reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares for my dog that's why I still use Pawshake's services and I was lucky that she was available the second time around.

Website and app is easy to use. The process is good in terms of putting you in touch with available pet sitters who have profiles for you to see and previous recommendations too. The app format means you get consistent updates on your pet.
