Pawshake.com is een betrouwbaar platform om een oppas te vinden voor je hond of kat weet ik uit eigen ervaring. Het zit heel slim in elkaar waarbij de oppas je goed op de hoogte houdt tijdens het verblijf en medische kosten verzekerd zijn. Er is echt goed nagedacht om het voor iedereen een fijne ervaring te laten zijn. Blije hond, blije baas en blije oppas.

I am very happy with my experience with the company. I have write already the review for my cat sitter IULIIA EREMINA, she is wonderful!

Their customer service is terrible. I tried to raise awareness of one of their sitters that was a no show after confirming job, given address etc. My dog was left unattended and I had to cancel my flights, hotel etc. I msged the sitter through msnger after checking their Pawshkae profile. When I contacted Pawshake they said my raising the issue could be interpreted as harassment. That I was being vindictive and he hopes I "find peace". EDIT: I am talking about the customer service I received not the details of my contact. Maybe you missed my review above? Although allowing scammers on your site also isn't great, but raising the issue only resulted in name calling and condescending comments. My review is based on my direct experience with Pawshake, in particular, your customer service. Doubling down and trying to find a loop hole instead of agreeing the customer service was less than ideal, is only making it worse. I am 100% a Pawshake customer, I have an account! I didn't ask the sitter to be penalised as you stated. I was alerting you to a scammer on your site. Turns out they have scammed a few people. I am a member of Pawshake actually, how do.you not know this information? Still making excuses for the terrible service your agent provided? Do better.
