Pawshake is an excellent service. The system is easy to use and has so many options to search by. As a first time user I would highly recommend it.

It was easy to find a sitter, which she was fantastic, payment was easy and communication was great.

Pawshake is a fast enabler to locate close to you available pet sitters . You find detailed information about their profile, motivations and experiences with animals. It is precise, efficient and reliable. My cat sitter paid a daily visit during my absence and shared very regular and exhaustive reporting. I was so comforted to be able to rely on a trustworthy person for my cats .

Efficacité

When I first used Pawshake, I found a perfect pet sitter right away. After moving, when my current sitter was too far, I tried Pawshake again, but with little success. The first potential sitter forgot our scheduled meeting and claimed to have fallen asleep during it (around dinner time), which I found completely unreliable. The second sitter was inconsistent in responding and last-minute canceled “because the data didn’t suit her” even though her agenda showed she was available. What frustrates me most about Pawshake is that you can't review these people unless they actually sit your pet, through this system. Poor communication should also be something you can mention in a review to warn others. I can't even report the profile on Pawshake...

Nous sommes partis le cœur léger sachant que notre petite boule de poil se sent bien dans sa famille d’accueil. C’était la quatrième fois qu’il allait chez Caroline et Thibaut. Les photos et nouvelles nous montraient qu’il s’y plaisait beaucoup. Nous y remettrons Filou sans hésiter !
