pawshake.comReviews of pawshake.com

Easy search for local dog sitter. Map function not very clear, would be helpful to identify area a bit more precisely. Very happy with the sitter.

Easy to use, plenty of pet sitters around me

We had a great experience with Pawshake! Quickly, we found a pet sitter for our two cats that was caring, communicative, dedicated and responsible. The app is easy to use and it made the whole experience very satisfactory! Highly recommended!

Well I got a sitter who was fab and they removed her for working outside pawshake. They could have given her a warning and given her another chance, she was quite young but excellent. This one strike nonsense is losing them really good sitters, and the ones who are dishonest and smarter at bypassing the system will still be with them. My 2 stars are for the fact Pawshake keep asking me to leave reviews about my sitter which I can't because they've booted her off the site. Pawshake, If you get rid of someone a person trusts and believe me it takes a lot to allow a stranger into your house to look after your fur babies, don't ask them to send in reviews that they can't after you've done it. Update: Thank you for your reply, this explains everything so I've added an extra star because it was monetary and nothing to do with her work, you really have missed the bigger picture when it comes to pet owners.

Really impressed by the professionalism of the service. The website was really user friendly & the booking system was easy to use. Our dog was very happy with his stay with the dog minder. Will definitely use the service again.
