Excellent App …
I have booked two excellent pet sitters through Pawshake, to live in our house and mind our elderly dog. One I have used 3 times. It’s been a fantastic service. I’ve recommended Pawshake to my dog owning friends and family.

The first contact with the catsitter…
The first contact with the catsitter prior to the scheduled vacation was very positif. The pictures she sent on a regular basis during my holidays showed that my cats were doing well and trusted her as even my normally very scared cat showed his cute little face. I will definitely book this catsitter next time I'm on vacation.

App experience is REALLY bad
The app/website is hard to use and unintuitive. It needs to be completely revamped to make it easy to use. There needs to be a section 'view my bookings' and they way you find a regular cat sitter should be easier. There needs to be a book again button. When you make the actual booking it should be possible to put in multiple days of single and double visits rather than having to make separate bookings for the same period. When your sitter provides multiple photos you end up with LOADS of emails - there should be a single notification. When you go into look at the report card and photos it jumps around and is almost impossible to use (scroll up and down).

Hazel - 5 stars
We were away for 11 days and left our 2 male caboodles with Hazel for the duration. Hazel was awesome. She sent photos everyday with a summary of how they were going which was comforting for my wife and I. Hazel was flexible with drop offs and pick ups and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend Hazel and will be using her again on our next trip. 5 stars :)
