Slow, support is the worse I’ve ever seen. Their fee for sitters is very high while adding literally zero value to the whole process and a very unpleasant design. All the time the UI feels old, cutre, lame. Rover and Petme are far more modern and better better apps.

Hi there, Thank you for your review. I have to admit I am somewhat confused by it. Having looked into your TP account, I can see that you are based in Spain. Pawshake does not currently operate in Spain, meaning you are unable to book through the platform, receive bookings through the platform, or meaningfully use our services in your country of residence. That raises an obvious question: if Pawshake is not available where you are located, on what basis are you reviewing the platform as a service provider? Your review focuses heavily on comparisons with other platforms and broad criticisms of Pawshake's design, support, and business model. However, it is difficult to see how those conclusions could be based on any substantial use of Pawshake itself when the service is not available in your market. I also note that elsewhere you have publicly awarded 5-star reviews to Petme while leaving negative reviews for Rover and Pawshake. Looking at your current position across multiple pet-sitting platforms, it does not appear that you have established an active or successful presence on any of them at this time. Pawshake is still willing to help you create and optimise a sitter profile should you relocate to a country where we operate. However, I would strongly encourage a more constructive and respectful approach when dealing with support staff. Our team is here to assist users, but productive conversations require a reasonable level of courtesy from all parties. As for the claim that Pawshake provides "zero value," that is difficult to reconcile with the services the platform actually provides, including payment processing, dispute resolution, customer support, identity verification initiatives, fraud prevention measures, review systems, search visibility, booking management tools, and the Pawshake Guarantee. You are, of course, entitled to your opinion. However, reviews are most useful when they are based on genuine experience using a service rather than assumptions about how it operates.
