A German lady named Ronja
A German lady named Ronja, based in Marrickville, cancelled unexpectedly just a couple of days before I went away. It was so difficult to find someone else and I had to pay a premium price for short notice booking with another cat sitter.

Pawshake review
Carol, the dog sitter was excellent, I highly recommend her - 5/5 stars for her. But we had problems connecting via Pawshake at times and had to resort to using Whatsapp. Also I'm pretty sure I booked for December, but I got a message asking for a review of the dog sitter at the end of November, before the event. So I'd give the Pawshake app a 4/5. Otherwise an excellent service.
