DOMINIQUE V.
NO don't do it.
Our first petsitter worked during the day and was only able to give our dog, two walkies a day. So a no from our part. Our second petsitter was furious because our dog peed on her coach. Your a petsitter not a babysitter. Our third petsitter accepted our proposal in december 2024 (beginning of december 2024we even went there to show our dog), but phoned on the 31st of January that she could not take care of our dog. That is 1 day before our leaving for Italy. Thanks a lot for that. Which tells us a lot about the recruiting capacity of Pawnshake. Seems to me that they are only intressted in money and the don't care about the owners. So use at your own peril.

Hi Dominique, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your thoughts. We noticed that your profile has only had one cancelled booking, so we’d like to clarify what you mean by “first” and “second” pet sitter? We’re sorry to hear that second sitter was unable to proceed with your booking due to your dog peeing on their couch. While we understand that this can be disappointing, we do ask pet owners to take responsibility for their pet’s behaviour. This includes ensuring they are adequately house trained to prevent any damage to a sitter’s home. As a reminder, a booking is only confirmed once a Meet & Greet has taken place and payment has been processed in advance. To date, we haven’t received any correspondence regarding your canceled booking, but if you’d like to reach out to our team, we’d be happy to assist you further. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Kind regards, Jack Pawshake Support
