Je très satisfaite de cette 1er expérience. La gardienne était vraiment au top. Vu mon stress de laisser mon chien, elle m'a rassuré et envoyé pleins de photos durant son séjour chez elle. Mon chien était très bien accueilli et elle s'est faite deux nvl amies. Elle était un peu stresser au début, comme c'était la première fois, mais elle a très vite trouvé ces marques.

The sitter we sourced was great and very responsive. Having access to the Pawshake guarantee and reviews/rating systems helped put us to ease regarding a responsible sitter. When searching, we note that there sometimes seem to be a discrepancy with the shortlist of sitters when we go through the website and when we use the app, despite using identical parameters. There may sometimes be a lag with messaging, resulting the sitter missing the message that we are waiting outside for 20 minutes. Authorizing the payment and booking also had hitches. Overall, great idea and good systems, with some IT upgrades still desired to make it work better.

Le site est pratique et nous avons pu trouver une pet sitter rapidement pour notre chat. Tout s’est très bien passé, et nous allons à nouveau faire appel à elle via Pawshake pour nos prochains week-ends !
