DISGRACEFUL AND GREEDY
The customer service from this company is an absolute disgrace! But hey they are obviously more bothered with enabling bad dog sitters as it makes them money rather than the welfare of the dogs and concerns from the owners. Nor have they bothered investigating or responding to my emails regarding my issues but in fact have the audacity to block my account. I provided evidence along with a lengthy email and they havent got the decency to respond; however, they would prefer to take the cowards way out instead by not even acknowledging my complaint and multiple screenshots as evidence. I asked for a link so I was able to write honest feedback about the dog sitter but failed to do so regardless of the evidence! So it shows they enable poor dog sitters! Disgraceful business! Greed won’t get you anywhere! They’ll probably respond with some half hearted copy and paste response. Take my complaint seriously and do the right thing.

We were extremely lucky to find Nabila…
We were extremely lucky to find Nabila to look after our pup while we were overseas. She was lovely, kept us updated daily with photos, have our pup so much love while we were away, and was affordable. The booking process was so easy. Will 100% be using again :?
