Very happy with the overall website however, replying via the email system is not as simple as it could be.

From start to finish Pawshake was easy to deal with. We contacted Renata and explained we have an extremely spoilt Chichuahua who has never been left before. We popped to her home so she could meet Tyson, and we felt straight away that she was right for us. He was throughly spoilt when we were away for a week. Renata kept us updated with videos of him playing in her garden with her grandchildren and she sent photos as well. We will definitely be using her again. Pawshake was a godsend as we have never used dog sitters before, but will definitely use again and we have raved to all our family who have dogs, we could not recommend Renata high enough, Tyson loved his stay.

Aoife was really lovely to work with. She asked lots of questions to make sure she knew what was required and she did everything that she said she would. Honest & reliable, a great communicator - we felt really comfortable having her look after our cats when we were on vacation. Will be using her services again for our next vacation, and have recommended her to other family members.

Easy to navigate. Ability to see reviews from other dog parents and to message the people directly to meet before hand.
