PawsafeReviews of pawsafe.co

I ordered the L for my Golden retriever because that’s what he wears in other brands. Paw safe harnesses run very small. I have been trying to contact them to facilitate a return/exchange and they never respond. Bottom line is don’t order anything from them. They have no “customer service “.

I received my 2 paw safe belts and they don't work. You can't latch them on any of my seatbelt latches. I tried both of them and nothing worked. I took off the tag because I thought o this is going to be great and save my dogs. Well little did I know, now I can't return them because the tag is off. So I wasted my money trying to protect my dogs and I got taken by a piece of garbage piece of elastic and a latch that is 3 times the size of my normal latch for my seatbelt in my vehicle. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ITS GARBAGE

Made a mistake by not doing a review of this company. I am such an idiot. Here I thought I was buying from a US company only to find out the seatbelt ships from China! I needed this for a trip and ordered only to find out that who the heck knows when I will get this delivery. I was out shopping at BED and BATH, guess what I found, a dog seatbelt for $7.99! Boy did I get scammed! When I finally receive this item as I bought 2, with the restock fee and shipping, its not worth sending back. Buyer beware, half the price at Bed Bath and Beyond and you have it instantly Instead of waiting at least 4 to 8 weeks for you overpriced product!

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a L harness from their web site as based on their chart that would be the correct size for my29 kg dog. It is far too small. And not comply and padded as advertised. It is hard and rigid. I asked to return it and was told I would need to return it Insured to Miami! Though the package I got was sent from Auckland and was not insured. Plus there is a $4.95 restocking fee. They are not a part Of the better business bureau which is the standard for relatability in the states. Of course I found this out after I started researching after the fact. Hopefully my review will stop you from making the same error.

I received a pawsafe harness that I sent supposed to stop pulling etc, etc. what I sent has done is traumatise my dog after one use as I had to pull it over his face and ears and then it was even worse pulling it off. Trying to use it the second time when he saw it he ran away. I received an email that ignored the substance of my complaint and the page for refunds isn’t working. Should have option for zero stars.

I never received my pawsafe delivery. If I could click on zero star rating, I would have done so. In the order, I gave my contact details, my eircode delivery address (which in Ireland directs the delivery to the door). Still nobody contacted me to ask for directions (assuming they actually tried to deliver the product. Dont use them please, Their delivery service is the worst.

Eventually received the paw safe seatbelt. It is potentially ok but the adjustment buckle slips so it is only ever at its extended length. I will have to find away to fix it to the appropriate length to keep my dog safe. The company pestered me to have other items. I will not use them again.
