EVERY encounter with Paw Print Genetics has been wonderful! They do business the way it should be done, something increasingly rare in today's bottom-line driven corporate world. I call and immediately get a human, not an IVR automated phone tree. Most importantly, the customer service is US-based, I don't have to fight a language and cultural barrier with someone halfway around the world making $4.00 an hour. I am happy to pay a little more for this service. I know they get it right every time, and they follow up if needed. I will never use another company, and I recommend Paw Print unreservedly to all my fellow breeder and show friends!

I recently purchased a test kit. The order process was easy. The kit came in a timely manner. When the kit was received, I was informed by email with an estimated timeframe of when the test results would be available.
