Overall, it was fine. It was a much slower process than other companies I’ve used and I’d prefer to know results after a few days like other genetic companies offer.

As an owner of an Australian Shepherd, it is very frustrating that DNA for parentage is never included in any sales. We have to do it on every dog, and it gets expensive. I appreciate the discounts available on other tests. I know others have gone to other labs to get their testing because they can get more for less. Thank you for your consideration. I do also appreciate the Canadian delivery point now.

Fast turnaround on results but there were some errors :( so know I have to resend more dna samples and wait again 😫

Test results were clear and arrived in the timeline provided. I was disappointed that I sent in an email explaining that I sent in the order without the discount code. I included the missing code and the order number. I never received a reply and the order was not discounted.

Got my results, for others to know…. Ship Canada post, not UPS or Fed Ex, cost me $88 instead of $8, Canada post told me i had to send it courier and I didn’t! Also I can’t print my results, they have been downloaded ‘somewhere’ I admit that I am not a computer person but I have not found this site very user friendly

Getting the test kit and results were fast but the shipping instructions that were printed and enclosed with the tests was not accurate and caused a 3 week delay in getting our results. I ended up having to ship sample again at my expense. I hope they change the shipping information so nobody else need go through the same stress as we did.

I have used Paw Print for a number of years as a breeder and have enjoyed great customer service but recently my experiences with them have eroded my trust. I sent samples of four sires and litter of puppies for a parentage test for an accidental breeding. I explained that kits needed to go to sire owner addresses and they sent them to me. I received a phone call that the sample for one of the potential sires wasn’t sufficient for testing. I asked them to send another kit to his owner and this time they agreed. Today I received a call that the male with insufficient DNA had been ruled out as a sire of the puppies, then received the kit they were supposed to send his owner at my address. When I called I was told they didn’t know why the DNA had been tested a third time but that it wasn’t valid and they would still need another sample. They then CHARGED me to send another kit to his owner after sending it to me by mistake. I’m not feeling great about how my samples are being handled there at this point and after spending close to 900.00 on parentage and health testing during this scenario not really pleased at the customer service either.
