I like your lab, it’s close it’s fast and it used to be reasonable priced. At 50% off on multiple test and Multiple dogs it was the same cost as the other labs. But now that you no longer have the discounts I have told others to try embark due to the high prices. I try to keep all of my testing at one lab, but with out discounted pricing I may have to try other labs for future testing.

We really would like a shorter turn around time. We live 2 1/2 hours from Spokane and yet it takes at least 2 weeks to mail to you and 2 weeks for results after that.

18 days from the day I put it in the mailbox until I got results. Slow turnaround.

Really miss the coupons- I had to pick and choose the most needed tests to keep the price from blowing my budget. I didnt want to switch to Animal Genetics but their tests are better priced. Also sent out 4 tests, still waiting on two more to be completed. As I have all four back fro AG already. So I am not as satisfied with PPG as I used to be, I do understood that you have to make money or you will go out of business. But I too have to watch my overhead.

Finding the results was difficult. I get an email, results are in. Than have to go through several pages. Til the very bottom of the last page, than have to move the box side to side to read. That's ridiculous. Test are in, should be able to click on the page and after pass word, read the results. I gave 4 stars, should have been 3
