I had a stat order put on results. Took way to long to get results back. Competition advertises 5 day turned got same test. Very unsatisfied with how long it took. Most likely shop elsewhere next time.

They never sent me the test results or sent me an email prompting me to go and seek the result online. I had to go back in my credit card logs to refresh my memory as to whom I bought the test from and go to their website to finally get the result that had been ready for several weeks.

I needed a genetic test back faster than usual for an impending breeding. I inquired as to if there was a way to "rush" the sample. I was told that they could put a "STAT" on the order. I overnighted the swabs. They were received on a Monday morning and had not heard anything back by Friday afternoon so I called and really could not get any information. A friend had communicated with Amanda previously to we reached out and pretty much the same response it will be done when it is done. I knew that the breeding would need to take place any day. So I e-mailed again Monday stating that the breeding would be on Tuesday and was told pretty much sorry we can't help you. I was at the vet Tuesday morning for the insemination after scrambling to find a different stud because the one I was going to use was a carrier for MCD and the results came into my e-mail. I can't imagine the day before there wasn't any information that could have been provided that the results were imminent. I had gone back and looked at previous tests that I ordered and without asking for a rush and they were completed in 10 days.

When I received the results, I was disappointed to see that the report was a bit difficult to interpret. There were a lot of technical terms that I didn't understand, and it was difficult to know what the results actually meant for my dog's health. I reached out to the customer service team for some help understanding the results, but unfortunately, they weren't very helpful.

The price is quite frankly unreasonable, particularly when compared to almost any other lab. $80 for testing one sub-locus is ridiculous. They certainly know when that are the only lab that test for a trait that they can charge whatever they want. I'll only use them when I have to for something only they test for.

Submitted samples, waited two weeks only to be told at the last minute I needed to send a better sample. Sent that sample and had to wait another two weeks for results.

Good service. However, asked for a rush on an order. Didn’t receive the rush. If this isn’t available, please state this outright. Otherwise all good👍🏻
