All of my test results lately have been later than promised. And when I call Customer Support, they are absolutely no help. Before the association with Neogen, your company was the gold standard with test results, communication and customer service. All of those areas have been seriously lacking lately. I have been very disappointed.

First test was to be completed first week in June. I needed the results asap. I finally have them end of July. Two months too late. By mid June I still had heard nothing. When I finally called, they informed me that they needed another sample. Why didn’t they reach out to me? They just kept extending the date listed that it would be completed by. I’d still be waiting if I hadn’t called myself. They sent me another kit and ran the tests again. This time in a timely fashion. The customer service agent on the phone was really nice and tried her best to be very helpful. Her superiors would not consider any kind of reimbursement for my trouble. They would not give me a discount on buying a test for another dog we have to test on exchange for the hassle they caused. I don’t think I’d use them again. I’m not impressed.

>>For the first time, we sent the samples to Edmonton rather than to Pawprints in the US, and 2 weeks after we mailed the samples, they have not reached Edmonton. (Mailed June 24, now July 8). We had to re collect samples, and resend....mailed out today. >>One dog we were told they had a sample on hand they could use, but we collected and sent fresh ones just in case. Originally we were told we'd have the results on July 3 for this one dog....we were notified today (July 8) that they were ready. >>We were 101% happy when we dealt only with Pawprints and sent samples to Spokane, Wash., (which still shows as an address on the website), and have read other complaints from people who have had to wait well over the 2 weeks for results now that PawPrints and Neogen have combined. Bigger is NOT often better. >>I expect to add postage time in to the "2 week turn around", but previously have received notification that the samples have arrived, AND had the results in a very timely fashion.

turn time is way to long 14 business days animal genetics is 4 days

Was told would be a two week turn around. Takes to long to get results , will not use y’all again. Your employees are very nice and helpful but just could not get my results back in the time I was promised. Morgan was very helpful when I called and ask for help . Just was told it was much sooner time frame. Still waiting on one more to come in.
