The folks at PawPrints are so beyond AMAZING!! I do not feel I can adequately express in a few words how wonderful they have been to work with. I received a package from them containing 7 Full Panel test kits. Sadly it was misplaced, I feared I had lost my $1,000+ investment for testing my dogs. I called the folks at PawPrints and explained the situation. Without hesitation they graciously explained my opinions of how to resolve this issue and all is well. They even gave me a follow up call back! In today's hurried world where many folks are not longer kind and courteous EVERYONE I have EVER spoken with at PawPrints is just as nice and kind and as helpful as can be.
