The testing results are not very fast and the prices are a little too much.

you missed the date for my results. it was not till I called then a few hours later my results were ready. so, if i had not called would they still be sitting out there?

Your customer service was excellent. All my questions were answered and I received prompt call backs when needed. I will continue to use your service, and am hoping that you can speed up the turn-around time which is the only reason I did not give you a higher review.

Slow result turn around, otherwise good

While the testing process etc was very simple to do. I did have to wait an extended amount of time on results. It was well over 1 week before my test even showed that it was delivered when the tracking showed it had been delivered. From then it was approximately 2 weeks more for the results.
