Pawprints genetics is a very reliable and up to date labratory. Their website is user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer service is wonderful with very polite knowledgable staff on hand to answer any questions you have about testing or the particular diseases they test for. When i called with questions they were friendly and able to explain everything to me so i could understand. I would highly recommend them. The only negative i have to say is their merle info on their website is slightly off as Mc, cryptic merle never causes a merle pattern as the website says it sometimes can.

Paw Prints took excellent care in handling my resent order of testing 3 of my dogs. The customer service and follow up was outstanding. I will definitely be using them for all my future testing needs and I strongly recommend them. Thank you Paw Prints and staff for being so knowledgeable and professional, especially during this time of COVID19.

PPG has been Awesome to work with as a new breeder they helped me understand what would be good for my program based on the results of my female. And any questions I’ve had have always been promptly answered by a geneticists. I just wish they did breed identifications.
