I had a stellar experience with paw print genetics. I had never sent our pets DNA anywhere and this is my first experience. I made a mistake in the process by not labeling which puppy I was testing for which disorder and paw print genetics was so sweet and helpful. I made a mistake in the process. They corrected my mistake and proceeded as if it was not a problem in any way shape or form. They were happy to correct the problem without any additional fees. I was even able to speak with a geneticist. The geneticist treated me so well and was happy to speak with me about my test and the results. I will use them for all of our pets moving forward. Paw Print Genetics is the only DNA testing company I will ever use ! I admit, I tried the one that gives you 100+ results for test that my breeds don't have an issue with but Paw Prints narrows down the test to breed specific panels. I know I am testing for the correct diseases. Twice I have called to discuss results from a specific DNA test and a vet is immediately put on the phone to give me advice. I know I am breeding healthy dogs because of Paw Print Genetics. Thank you for your services !
