Unusually good communication the whole way through the process. I ordered the test, I had a question, called Paw Print and a knowledgeable human answered the phone in a couple rings and had my answer. I received an email stating that Paw Print had received my order. They shipped me the test in a timely manner. I received an email saying the kit had been shipped. The instructions in the test kit were concise and easy to follow. The swabs were taken and sealed in the kit for return shipping in a secure manner. The swabs were secured in a tube with a secure cap and a liquid preservative. The swab was in the tube in a way that allowed you to use the swab then seal it in the tube without contaminating it or spilling the preservative. I received an email when they received the returned test kit. They gave me an estimate of how long the results would take. I received an email with the results within the time estimated. The whole experience was as good as one could expect.
