Slow turnaround time. They do state that it is a long turnaround time but if that is known I would think efforts would be made to increase the time to results.

The results took 8 days more than they were supposed to, with no communication on what was happening.

I am customer for so many years , and very satisfied however the last 6 months i always get a email ,, sorry you have to wait longer and sometimes more then 3 weeks longer that is a shame ,, because we needs the results

I am happy I finally got all the results, but I had to wait for a second testing for a complete report. Then when I got the results some of the information was missing so I had to call and get them to explain to me why it wasn't there. I'm still waiting to get the final word.

It took too long to get results. Once I emailed support, the results came almost instantaneously

My dog's name is spelled wrong (Aukai, not Alukai) The report does not include his microchip number even though I e-mailed it to your rep. My club, Newfoundland Club of America, will not acknowledge results without permanent ID.
