Extra long time for results compared to previous tests. Ordered feb 24 and still waiting on results on apr 16.

Had always used PawPrint in the past. Took more than twice as long as initially said to get back time sensitive results for a litter. Not much help at all when calling. Seems to be a theme in reading back through reviews with recent change of ownership. Hope they figure out how to get back to the way it was.

Shipment and testing time is too long. Ordered Feb 22 and didn’t receive partial results until April 3rd just for DM. Waiting test results for PD still on 4 dogs

I've used pawprints for years and was very happy. This last experience was a disappointment. Customer service was rude when I asked for help. The process took way too long, with no prior warning that things had changed, which made me unable to make the good, informed decisions needed for the litter I was working with. I'm seriously considering changing who I use in the future.

This company was known for accuracy, a broad depth of tests and customer service. Since November/December of 2023, I have had nothing but issues. Their merle testing is completely unreliable. They are coming back with "no results" for super simple tests. There is zero communication and when you do speak to someone they say "they are at the mercy of the swabs they receive". Basically implying we are sending bad samples. They have extended the length of time to receive tests, then miss those dates. Honestly, they are way too expensive for poor customer service, very slow service and erroneous results.

Response time is far to slow, not like in the past.

Package was received by Neogen Jan 25th It’s been 19 days and I only have 1 test back I have called several times to see if they could rush it but it’s been a week and only the one has been completed I was also told if I want to do any add on tests it’s another 2-3 weeks on samples you have already received. Other companies like Animal Genetics and GenSol have a much quicker turnaround time and add on tests range from hours to get results to a week maximum
