Not real happy. I had to call to get the lab to process my sample long after the 14 days . To get my results that I have been waiting for.

I have no resilts after 2 months.

I got the kits promptly.... I returned the kits the same day that I got them... Then everything went to s***.... There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to go over 30 days to get results..... When Lisa owned the paw prints genetics company we could go 3 weeks from the start to the results. It seems that turn around service after the merger has gone to hell. You wanted honest results.I'm not happy. I have had to make excuses to my customers that were waiting to get a puppy...... I have had to send the swabs 3 times. This time the test says it would be complete last week and I am still waiting….

They didn’t send the test kit out to begin with. It sat on someone’s desk for over a week. I had to call to find out where it was. Then, it took over the 14 business days to get results.

I hate to say I've got to leave one star. I sent an order in for a mom. A dad and a puppy We're trying to find out if that was the parents to that puppy, and all I got in an email from you and in the mail was that the testing from mom and dad. Denied or failed. I emailed you back asking a question about what that meant and Trying to get an understanding of what i'm actually out to do but didn't get results and now trying to figure out what your results meant exactly so I will know how to proceed. Service is TERRIBLE! I waited MONTHS for ONE test result and now I have waited MONTHS for a Panal on another dog!

I have not received DNA results for my Springer Spaniel, Beau. DNA Kit #213601, with notification of your receiving the Swab/Brush Kit as of 11/11/2024. Tomorrow, Monday, 12/1/2024 will be the 3-week mark from 11/11/24- with no results! Your stated 14-day wait for results would have been Monday, 11/25/2024, days before Thanksgiving! No word from you. The Puppy seller, and me, the Puppy Buyer are patiently waiting!!!
