I recently had a problem which I shared and it turned out the problem was on my end Paw prints however went above and beyond to correct the problem and offered a solution so this will never happen again! I have always found them prompt and courteous. Their testing outstanding with the added benefit of being able to speak with a geneticist about these results makes this, in my opinion the only place to get your DNA testing done

I recently needed PARENTAGE TESTING DONE...I am in Canada...I ordered the tests knline.boughy my own swabs and sent them in priority post ...june 9 was when I ordered them....sent them away june 10...had my results back june 27..I thought that was incredible considering july 19 was my expected date of receiving my results..Great job !!! This is hands down the best place for genetic testing and disease testing for your pets. I have had so many questions and issues on my part not theirs. Every email I have sent was followed up on the same day or the next day. The staff are SUPERB!! The geneticists will personally call me to explain everything and walk me through every question I have had. I have spent over a $1000 on testing mom, dad, and 9 puppies, so they are a bit pricey but they have discounts ALL THE TIME. You just have click current discounts in the drop down bar under pricing. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAILS ARE DEFINITELY WORTH THE FEW EXTRA BUCKS. You can not put a price tag on piece of mind. Thank you to everyone there that has helped me along the way!
