Paw Print GeneticsReviews of pawprintgenetics.com

Received results very quickly! Thank you!

The team at Paw Print went above and beyond for me. I called with questions on coat color testing in a specific situation and they were sure to answer all of my questions and even changed my order (which I placed before calling) from the tests I thought I needed to the tests they recommended. Great people!

The staff is very helpful and response is fast.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with PPG. Every and any question was addressed in a manner that was both professional yet at the same time, personal. A few times I found myself sitting back and thinking: do these people ever go home? Such was/is the turnaround time! I've no idea who Lisa is in terms of your company's hierarchy but you need to clone her! I can only hope that she is receiving all the credit she deserves both financially and in performance reviews/reports. PPG was highly recommended to me by a rough/smooth collie breeder and I can see why. I will do the same when the opportunity arises.

As always, Paw Print Genetics customer service is OUTSTANDING!! Numerous times I have experienced them going above and beyond! They cost a little bit more than a previous company I had been using, but their quality product and fantastic customer service are well worth the extra money! Highly, highly, highly recommend this company for anyone's genetic testing needs!

A great company, fast and efficient. Will definitely use again.

Very happy with the results and the expedited arrival of the results. I also appreciate the fact that we can call for further explanation if we need it. Thanks so much!
