Always great service from Paw Print Genetics. They only promise what they can deliver, but will always try to give extra help with orders for testing. I needed the latest report asap and they said they would try to rush it but no guarantee. They so rushed it and sent exactly what I needed very quickly. I've also asked for additional counseling for genetic issues in the past. The staff and doctors are very helpful and clear with explanations of technical information. I have been working with this company for canine genetic testing since 2017 and have never been disappointed with their products or their customer service.
