Big thanks to Dr. Casey (hope I got the spelling right) who had an extended phone conversation with me regarding my concerns of a possible PRA diagnosis (which thankfully appears to not be the case, long story short). My test kit came quickly, and the results just as fast. I even had a few questions, so I gave them a call. The broke it down to me so I could understand. Extremely nice team of people. Excellent Service, we had the results in just 8 days from when Paw Print received the sample. Very useful system of details and certificates being always available on the My Account section of their website. Would definitely recommend to others. Only one suggestion, it would be wonderful if Paw Print could open a branch here in the UK as the postage delays things a lot.
