Fast turnaround time and overall great experience! It took a little under 2 weeks to complete the testing process and get results. We did not need to have them send us test kits and sent the samples 2 day via USPS priority mail. From the date it was received it took about a week for results. Very fast, efficient and exactly what we were looking for!

I mistakenly switched to embark last year, they boast of being the most up to date, more detailed test out there. After myself and several other BREEDERS found our dogs were not even getting a complete essential breed panel. I should have never trusted any lab but PAWPRINTS with the security of my breeding program!

The ordering process was very easy. The company had a previous sample on file for the requested test but prior to proceeding with the test discovered it was not sufficient for what was requested so they called me and explained the situation. They immediately sent a new test kit so I could take a new sample. The process was very easy and efficient. Results were received in less than two weeks.
