Great e-mail Communication!
Great e-mail Communication! When I had questions/concerns, I was able to e-mail and get a fairly quick response to my inquiries. My results were not available when estimated. I contacted them. Within hours, I had e-mail explaining why there was a delay and was given the results that they did have completed. I had intended on purchasing an add-on test, but did not. They were able to add it on, using the samples sent, which was awesome.

I was pleased with how thorough the company was in making sure that the results were accurate. It ended up taking longer due to some issues on their end but they kept me updated with what was happening. I would definitely recommend and also I will be using in the future.

I would’ve loved to give five stars
I would’ve loved to give five stars, but I waited almost 4 weeks for the test to be done. This was a lot longer than I expected. Thank you anyway for your work and I will have my dog tested with you again

It was a very easy process from start…
It was a very easy process from start to finish. I wish the detail on how to navigate the site were explained in the email confirming your results were in. It was a bit confusing to navigate website and then when I did find the results, it did not explain what the letters indicated as to what the puppies results were. I figured it out but again was not easy as their was no ledger for abbreviations readily accessible. Overall good experience and I will use them again especially since results were fast and now I know how to navigate the site.

No email when sample was received…
I did not receive an email saying they received the sample. They also told us when we called the results would be in a week or so and it came the same day, so someone was not informed.
