Took forever to get results. It was originally estimated on March 3. Then changed to the 12th and finally arrived today. Paw prints has gone so far down hill since being sold. It’s disappointing. I ordered this January 28th….

Poor customer service that seem to be lacking any sympathy or care for long time customers. We have had to redo multiple swabs and wait extended time for no reason. Have not had a result within their time frame in the last year. They don’t give you an update on why it’s not resulted on time unless you reach out every time.

It’s taken far too long

I forget that you do not give clear results on a single test. I'm SO dissapointed!

7/10 of the samples failed after my wife just called two days ago to confirm everything was ok. Representative said our results were fine and would be released in a couple days. Now results are delayed 2 more weeks. This is the second time that the majority of our order has failed and had to be redone. This cost us time and money each time.

I wasn't getting the test to see if Timberlyn was merle or not, although your test says she doesn't have a merle gene, I know shes a merle from her Embark DNA test and I can visibly see she is merle. She is one of my pups that I had bred and I have her parents. I was just wanting to get her merle length to aid in breeding but I can see now that your results are not correct. The results were also delayed once or twice. I'd rather not be told a date than be told a date and you not meet your estimate. This was totally a waste of my time and money.

Avoid this company like the plague. 0 stars is what they deserve. They have apparently recently merged and their company went down the tubes. Test results now take nearly 3 months after multiple phone calls you may be able to get them. That is after you deal with the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They do not deserve your business or your money. Much better alternatives are available.

Samples received 12/19/24, 3 delays due to "lab issues." Results finally posted mid-February 2025 with "amended" on all reports due to lab issues. Very unhelpful customer service, won't use this lab again.
