I am giving you 5 stars for your timely turn around of my test results; however, I was very disappointed that the lady I initially spoke with would not process my order without an exact month and year for date of birth for my dog. I've never had to give an exact month before. I was driving and had to wait until I arrived home and look up my dog's date of birth and call back. I was very frustrated. Thank you so much again for the quick turn around of my results.
