Paw Print GeneticsReviews of pawprintgenetics.com

All the staff I spoke with are friendly and helpful. They rushed my order and got it back to me so fast. Thank you

I have used Paw Print in the past and am always impressed with the fast service in mailing the test kit, letting me know they received the kit back from me and then sending the results. Everything 'round trip' was less than two weeks. Thank you!!

Everything was so easy! From ordering tests, to collecting samples, all the way to sending tests back! The hardest part was being patient for results, which they even came back a week sooner than estimated. I’ve never done anything like this before so I was really unsure at first and not very confident. Paw Print Genetics was also super easy to call and speak to someone when I was worried about how long it had taken me to send in my samples after collection. Bonus points that I spoke to an actual HUMAN within 2 minutes or less after calling. 10/10 on everything a company like this can offer (in my limited experience)

Very convenient and quick response to my requested tests.

Very prompt and helpful staff. Always easy to work with.

The swab was delivered as promised and the test completed ahead of schedule.

Very good customer service. Fast results too! Thank you
