I have never had any issue when using Paw Print Genetics labs and all samples submitted for testing have always been completed prior to their estimated completion dates. Paw Print Genetics is considerably faster, less expensive, and (so far - fewer errors due to Paw Prints' double-checking protocols) than the midwest lab that I had previously been using. I recommend them to everyone in my breed.

I found the whole process, from starting an account, to ordering test packages and receiving the results, very easy and convenient. Being able to prepay shipping, was an added bonus. The inclusion of a shipping envelope was just one more thing that made the process easy to do.
