I turned in two samples for two of my dogs. I wish I had found you sooner.

I like the turnaround time and customer service of Pawprint Genetics better than other genetic labs I have used. Their website layout is easy to navigate. I also enjoy the fact that they run discounts and specials which are a huge help in making sure I can get all of the testing done on my dogs.

Very friendly staff! Lots of patience when answering to your queries until it is clear and understood.

Typically we have super great service when it comes to working with Paw Print Genetics, we have tested over 20 dogs through them without a hiccup until the most recent test. This last test was not completed in their two week estimated time frame, they kindly sent an email alerting me that this was the case. The email stated it would be a “few more days”, well the following week I never received an update until Friday stating that their machine was down and it wouldn’t be repaired until the following week. Long story short it took almost 4 weeks to get our results this time vs the two week average it is every other time. It’s the only reason I can’t give them a full 5 stars.

This website provides excelent services especially during the pandemic where movements are never allowed. I have tested my dog following the intructions you have given out and they have really worked out for me. I am impressed with the website and it is highly recommended. If you want to test your dog, then this is the best website.

Great service and usability, could be a little faster!

The only reason I can't give 5 stars is I tried to print the results off a computer and it wouldn't let me.
