I do not know how to log in to see the…
I do not know how to log in to see the results. I am sure I wrote it down somewhere while I was wrestling with my puppy, but who knows. Please help me figure out how to retrieve the results.

No email that swabs were received
I mailed my dogs swabs in to be tested for Lafora. I never got an email saying you received them. I checked the site they were received. Now i check the site daily to see if the results are in as i don't trust that you will email them to me.

I can not find the results for the test…
I can not find the results for the test I had done? It would be nice under results you actually give them. All I find is the info on my dog that I already have.

I have been attempting to have the…
I have been attempting to have the results of the genetic testing released to ASCA on my dog Connor, Paw Print identification # 314285 for several weeks, in order to complete two litter registrations. I have taken a picture and mailed the form, I have emailed the form, I have cc'd the form to ASCA, and as of today, no results have been released. PLEASE!!!!

Company refused to test for current…
Company refused to test for current panel because the purchase was made prior to current panel. When purchase was made i was told it didn't matter when it was used as all purchases would include updates.

Very expensive for 2 genetic tests and…
Very expensive for 2 genetic tests and no further information. By far the worst value for money I have seen. Results did come back fast.
